Original Nat Herreshoff Buzzards Bay 15 built by Herreshoff Mf'g in early 1900's. She was 100% restored in 2004 by Warren Barker and crew at International Yacht Restoration School, RI. Fittings are by J.M. Reineck & Son. Sails by Nathaniel Wilson (off white to match traditioal cotton canvas sails).
She has a fixed keel (1000# lead) with center board. Draft w/ board up is 2'-3" and board down 5'-0".
Custom sunbrella fabric boom/cockpit tent with aft sail cover.
Removable custom side mounted silcon bronze motor bracket with salt water electric motor and battery.
Anchor with line & chain, compass, oar, fenders, boat hooks
Custom galvanized trailer with stern jack for storage.
Since restoration, winter stored inside on dirt floor.
